2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement ONLY if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Product has manufacturing defect

๐Ÿ“Œ Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Send request on WhatsApp or Email with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of product
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Without proof, claim may be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will NOT be accepted in following cases:

  • Used or worn products
  • Physical damage caused by customer
  • Minor color difference due to lighting/screen
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Customised / made-to-order products
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Request made after 48 hours of delivery

4. Replacement Policy

If approved:

  • Replacement will be shipped within 2โ€“5 working days
  • Only one replacement allowed per order
  • If replacement unavailable โ†’ refund will be issued

5. Return Pickup

Depending on serviceability:

  • Reverse pickup arranged by us
    OR
  • Customer must self-ship to our address

Customer must share courier receipt.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Replacement not available
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Verified defective/wrong product

Refund Method

Refund will be processed to:

  • Original payment method
    OR
  • Bank transfer (if required)

Refund Time

  • Processing: 2โ€“3 working days after approval
  • Bank credit: 5โ€“7 working days

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping reimbursed only if mistake from our side
  • COD/handling fees (if any) are non-refundable

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:

Within 12 hours of placing order OR before dispatch (whichever earlier)

After dispatch โ†’ cancellation not possible.

Refund for prepaid cancelled orders processed within 5โ€“7 business days.


9. Refused or Undelivered Orders

If customer:

  • Refuses delivery
  • Provides wrong address
  • Does not answer courier calls

Shipping & handling charges will be deducted from refund.


10. Fraud & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject suspicious return requests
  • Block users with excessive returns
  • Deny refunds in case of policy misuse

Decision of MISHAPA INDIA after inspection shall be final.
