Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns will NOT be accepted in following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Used or worn products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical damage caused by customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minor color difference due to lighting\/screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect size selected by customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customised \/ made-to-order products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request made after 48 hours of delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Replacement Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If approved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Replacement will be shipped within <strong>2\u20135 working days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only one replacement allowed per order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If replacement unavailable \u2192 refund will be issued<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Return Pickup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on serviceability:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reverse pickup arranged by us<br>OR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer must self-ship to our address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer must share courier receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Shipping Charges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Original shipping charges are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping reimbursed only if mistake from our side<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>COD\/handling fees (if any) are non-refundable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Refused or Undelivered Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If customer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refuses delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provides wrong address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does not answer courier calls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping &amp; handling charges will be deducted from refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
